- Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio – We require a minimum LTV of 70/30, ensuring borrowers maintain at least 30% equity in the property. This safeguards both the client and the investment by reducing risk and reinforcing asset stability
- Credit Score Assessment – A strong credit profile signals financial responsibility and helps us gauge a borrower’s ability to manage debt over time
- Income-to-Liability Evaluation – We assess income relative to existing liabilities to ensure the borrower can comfortably manage loan payments without undue financial pressure.
